Openness & Acceptance

  1. All Emotions and Parts are Welcome: Our sessions are a sanctuary for the full range of human emotions.

  2. Inclusivity of Self: I encourage open self-exploration without judgment.

  3. Compassionate Listening: A supportive, empathetic ear is always provided.

  4. Mindful Co-Regulation: We aim for transparent communication for effective co-regulation of the nervous system.

  5. You are the Expert of You: While I serve as a compassionate guide in somatic embodiment practices, you're the ultimate authority on your own experience.

  6. Innate Wisdom: You are encouraged to tap into your own inner wisdom as part of the healing process.

 

Clinical Boundaries

  1. No Medical Evaluation: While I provide holistic wellness and somatic coaching, I am not certified to diagnose or treat mental or physical health conditions.

  2. No Medication Guidance: Please consult a qualified healthcare provider for medication and specialized medical care.

  3. Emergency Procedures: In case of a medical or psychological emergency, contact a healthcare provider or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

 

Safe & Inclusive Environment

  1. Safety First: A secure and nurturing environment is a top priority.

  2. Identity Respect: All identities and orientations are welcomed and respected.

  3. Cultural Considerations: Sensitivity to various cultural norms and practices is maintained.

  4. Trauma-Conscious Care: I adhere to trauma-informed principles in all client interactions.

  5. Zero Harassment Policy: Harassment in any form will result in immediate termination of services.

  6. Strictly Professional: This is a strictly professional therapeutic environment; any sexual comments or advances will result in immediate session cancellation.

 

 Somatic Approach

  1. Working with the Body, Not Against It: Clients are encouraged to listen to their bodies and engage in practices that foster somatic embodiment, grounding, and nervous system regulation.

  2. Mind-Body-Soul Wellness: The approach is holistic, considering not just the physical but also the emotional and spiritual dimensions of well-being.

 

Client-Centric Approach

  1. Empowered Choice and Voice: The client's choice is more important than the action; clients are supported in making informed and empowered choices that align with their true selves.

  2. Accountable Participation: Clients agree to create the time, energy, and presence needed for full participation in recommended activities and treatments.

  3. Active Involvement in Change: Clients must be proactive in their personal growth journey.

  4. Open & Honest Communication: Open and honest communication is vital for effective nervous system regulation and co-regulation.

  5. Client Autonomy in Treatment: Clients can decline any part of the treatment at any moment.

  6. Feedback and Assessment: Open channels for feedback will be maintained to assess progress and expectations.

 

Scheduling & Appointments

  1. Advanced Bookings Only: Appointments must be scheduled in advance to ensure quality and personalization. No same-day appointments.

  2. Cancellation Policy: Any sessions canceled within 12 hours will incur the full session fee.

 

Contractual Terms

  1. Right to End Agreement: Either party can terminate the contract if it no longer aligns with the intended outcomes or ethical guidelines.

 

Privacy & Consent

  1. Confidentiality Assured: All personal information will be kept confidential and securely stored.

  2. Informed Consent: All treatments will be preceded by securing informed consent.

  3. Consent Updates: Consent is an ongoing process; clients may revoke or modify their consent anytime.

 

 Virtual Session Protocol

  1. Security Measures: Appropriate security measures will be in place for online sessions.

  2. Technology Requirements: Clients must have the necessary technology for online sessions.

 

Continuous Learning

  1. Ongoing Education: I commit to ongoing training to provide the highest standard of care.
