By tuning in to the messages and cues our bodies constantly communicate, somatic embodiment helps us unravel patterns of tension, trauma, and unconscious beliefs that may be trapped within our physical form. What is Somatic Embodiment Coaching?

Somatic exercises that use sight, touch, sound, breath, felt sense, meditation, visualization, and movements are used to help explore, release, and shift stuck or unprocessed energies and feelings, bringing more insight, choice, connection, belonging, dignity, safety; and increased emotional range so that you can transform, go beyond, and live in alignment.
